Engineered Building Systems (EBS) was formed in 2003 when Matthew Martin was presented with an opportunity to represent York International in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Since then, EBS has grown into a leading provider of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, in the commercial and industrial market, representing many manufacturers of quality mechanical equipment. A few examples of facilities that EBS has provided equipment for include Geisinger Medical Center, Penn State University, Proctor & Gamble, and Sanofi Pasteur.

As the exclusive sales agency for York International in Northeastern Pennsylvania, EBS has grown York’s market share to over 30% in water and air cooled chillers, and air handling units. Using York as the foundation of our business has allowed EBS to compliment our offering by including other fine manufacturers such as Vulcan’s outstanding line of commercial fin tube radiation, Imeco’s full line of cooling towers and evaporative fluid coolers and Nailor’s VAV boxes and fan coil units.
