Engineered Building Systems Announces Stephen Phillips as Account Executive Specializing in Johnson Controls for EBS, Hobbs & Associates, and Etairos

 Wilkes-Barre, PA– March 14, 2024 – Engineered Building Systems (EBS) is pleased to announce Stephen Phillips, of EBS, will be now serve as Account Executive specializing in Johnson Controls. In this role he will manage client services for Engineered Building Systems (EBS), Hobbs & Associates, and Etairos HVAC across all their covered markets. Stephen brings over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

 Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He began his career in 1990 with York International in product management, where he gained valuable experience in custom and standard air handling, coils, and even participated in the development of York's Standard Air Handling line.

 Following his time at York International, Stephen transitioned to sales, holding positions as a manufacturer's representative for Travid Sales (acquired by EBS in 2012) and subsequently serving as the sales manager for EBS in Eastern Pennsylvania. Most recently, Stephen served as an Account Executive for EBS, where he honed his skills in client relationship management and achieved consistent sales success.

Recent Project Highlight: Hope

Johnson Controls Hitachi and Engineered Building Systems recently teamed up to supply, install and commission a VRF project in Middlebury, VT. This project had two air cooled heat recovery systems with ultra-low cooling capabilities. Multiple indoor units were connected to them. Great job to Team EBS Albany on a great project with a happy customer!
